After Settling Your Invoice
Once you have won your bid on a vehicle, you will be invoiced during or after the sale for the total cost of the vehicle, buyer's fees and any other costs associated with that vehicle. Once you have paid your invoice in full, you will be able to access all service history and V5C documents that are held electronically via your MyG3 page.
To access these documents after settling your vehicle invoice, head to your MyG3, click on the purchases tab and then you can access your documents by clicking on the 'Document' tab above your vehicle image and name. From there, you can view your vehicle's full service history and V5C.
If Documents are Required to Complete Purchase
If you are a buyer who has an arranged plan with G3 beforehand that documentation must be provided before an invoice is settled, you will also be able to see the documentation at this stage. To see your docs, as above, simply head to your MyG3 page, click on the purchases tab and then you can access your documents by clicking on the 'Document' tab above your vehicle image and name. From there, you can view your vehicle's full service history and V5C.
