The Vehicle/Lot pages explained

Every vehicle on our website has its own page dedicated to information about that vehicle.  You can access vehicles by either the Vehicles page, the Auctions pages, or the Search on the homepage.

You will see a vehicle overview like this, from which you can click into it and see the 'lot page' in more detail.

Marketing Images

Every vehicle will have a range of images externally as well as an internal and external 360-degree view. To switch between these views, click the tabs above the vehicle images.  If there is damage, images of the condition will also appear here for you to view in more detail (as well as on the inspection report)

The top of the page will tell you the vehicle make and model as well as the grade, mileage, lot number and registration number. On the right-hand side of the page, you will find various information sections about the vehicle including service history, engine size, assured status and much more. Be sure to look at these if you wish to place a bid on the vehicle.

Inspection Reports and G3 Assured Reports

Above the vehicle information, you will see 2 buttons. The red one, 'View Assured Report', will open a separate tab to show you our G3 Assured report for that vehicle (if the vehicle meets the G3 Assured criteria - not all vehicles are assured). The second black button, 'view Inspection Report' , will also open a different tab and will show you our inspection report for the vehicle.

Under the vehicle details, you will find the specification list picked up our inspectors or information from the vendors, as well as the CAP values for the current month's market data (this is for a guide only, always satisfy yourself with the latest market data).

Proxy Bids and Bid Now

Under the marketing images you will also find the option to set a proxy bid.  For more information on Proxy Bids, click here. If you wish to leave a proxy bid, please do so before the auction begins and the system will bid on your behalf in the live sale.

If the vehicle has already been through an auction and not sold, there will also be a button to 'Bid Now' should you wish to enter a Bid Now bid ahead of it's next sale. For more info on Bid Now click here.
